Description:
Within the Engineering Department, Technical Support Engineers provide highly qualified technical post-sales support to both external and internal customers. NI Technical Support is a key-value added service that ensures customer success and repetitive business. As a German speaking Technical Support Engineer you will gain a deep knowledge of NI products and apply that expertise to solving our customers’ problem and challenges, providing technical consultation and being a recognized instructor of NI Customer Education portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding and learning of NI products portfolio through a formal initial training program and a continuous improvement attitude
- Understand customers’ problems or challenges, find a communicate creative technical post-sales solution to maximize customer satisfaction and follow-up with customer to provide a great user experience
- Delivering customer education for core products with clear explanations of technical content and answering questions. Ensuring adaptability of the content and explanations to match the skill level of the customers
- Support internal customers:
- Sales: providing technical support, developing Proof of Concepts (POC’s), generatinghighly qualified sales leads
- Marketing: attending and presenting at seminars and roadshow
