Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Maintenance Team, Process Engineers, Automation and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify opportunities to stop inefficient practices, simplify business processes, and transform into automated solutions and platforms
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand how automation/digitalization can improve workflow and productivity
  • Evaluate technical solutions including use of tools such as SIMCA/SEEQ with a focus on digitalization and industry 4.0 deployment capabilities for processes, equipment reliability, maintainability, etc.
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements for data management and visualization of equipment issues and system performance review
  • Create visualizations to enable business application of data analysis
  • Participating in projects to introduce new processes and/or advanced technologies into theplant
  • Act as liaison between group Managers, System Supervisors, Quality Assurance team members, engineers, maintenance and craft team leaders in matters regarding the SOP, Work Order and Job Plan processes, documentation and training.
  • Review Work Order completion documentation, attachments, signatures, and dates and communicate with appropriate parties to seek clarification/completion, as necessary. Correct work types as appropriate.
  • Maintain & update new revision of SOP and Maintenance Job Plan documentation, attachments, signatures, and dates and communicate with appropriate parties to seek clarification/completion, as necessary.
  • Support in EIO package write up and Improvement project progress tracking.
  • Any other job assignment as assigned by supervisor
  • Participate in the GEMBA & system walk-down, ensure the closure of punch items and follow up actions

support to manage Amgen’s enquiries
during Amgen’s normal working hours and
after hours

Provider will
place experienced and
qualified
personnel
with the appropriate level of training
and experience
at Amgen site for durations based on Amgen needs
. The change of resources
shall be approved by Amgen.
Periodic review on service
level performance based on agreed KPI
if required
. Frequency to
be aligned between Provider and Amgen.
Personnel
is encouraged to
support and make recommendation to Amgen for continuous
improvement
including but not limited to cost reduction
,
technical support etc.
