Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Ensure all surveys that pass through the design team are viable for installation, supporting surveyors in electrical aspects of surveys
  • Continually review and revise our technical check and support process to ensure it’s fit for purpose
  • Support the sales and design team to diligently answers technical questions
  • Ensure the right product is being sold and installed
  • Support customers with App & desktop software
  • Support customer & engineers with aftercare
  • Carrying out site visits with installation teams and surveyors, offering feedback on quality, performance, customer service and assisting with technical queries and tool and equipment requests for installers, electricians, plumbers and surveyors
  • Support your region’s area managers in onboarding new electricians, ensuring their logs, training, and sign-offs are completed promptly to boost regional capacity.
  • Lead your team and empower them to make quick decisions that prioritize both your interests and your customers’ needs.
  • Review and collaborate on technical specifications and mechanical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience of heat pump installations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify solutions to challenges and provide low-carbon advice to our customers.
  • Participate in safety culture revisits (Electrical) following TAO audits alongside area managers.
  • Enhance efficiency among electricians in your team by increasing the number of weekly installs per electrician.
