SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in an IT, electronics, or technical troubleshooting role.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest long-term solutions.
  • Experience in managing and prioritising open issues, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Confident with hardware and software troubleshooting, knowing when to escalate issues to specialised teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, presentable, and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong written skills for creating detailed, accurate reports and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in the face of customer complaints, resolving issues confidently.
  • IT-literate, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, software, and platforms.

ABOUT ELOCKER:

eLocker is a leading provider of smart locker solutions designed to optimise locker management for businesses across retail, warehousing, and commercial sectors. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Support & Field Engineer. This dual-focus role combines hands-on hardware troubleshooting and customer support with pre-sales site surveys and data analysis, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position has a 70/30 split, focusing primarily on technical support and troubleshooting while supporting pre-sales activities through site surveys and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, be comfortable with customer-facing tasks, and demonstrate adaptability to various technical and operational challenges.

Location: Daventry (Office-Based When Not Travelling) – UK-Wide Travel Required
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000
