After-sales repair centre looking for Technical Support Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• oversee the entire warranty process from initial contact to resolution
• ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service
• good communication skills with Malaysia customer service team to update the repair status accordingly
• lead, mentor and train the after sales service team to enhance their performance and skills
• identify areas for improvement in the after-sales service process and implement solutions
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product issues and secure necessary support.
• Negotiate with suppliers for better terms, replacements, or repairs under warranty.
• inventory management: ensure the spare part is enough for daily operation
• identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses
• Possess some knowledge in the repair and troubleshooting for home appliances
  Salary Range： SGD4000-5000

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree holder
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in the home appliances industry.
• Good command (both spoken and written) in English and chinese in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers & China supplier
• Able to work 5.5-Day a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm
