The Position

We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our inclusive service team at Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. Our team currently comprises 18 service engineers, boasting over 100 years of combined experience.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical service and maintenance for advanced diagnostic laboratory systems at customer sites across Norway. This exciting opportunity involves extensive travel, allowing you to connect with customers throughout the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory systems.
- Engage in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are knowledgeable in utilizing our systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with our international divisions to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Education in medical technology, electronics, automation technology, or equivalent.
- Preferably, experience within a laboratory environment, medical technical department, or a related field.
- Proficiency in installing, servicing, and maintaining technological systems is highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills to effectively navigate our systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (Class B).
