AddSecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions. We help customers optimize their operations, drive business value, and secure vital functions.
Our business unit Smart Transport provides fleet and transport management systems which use data-driven analytics to assist fleet operators in optimizing their operations and reducing their costs. We recently acquired Astrata are now looking for a Technical support specialist to join the Astrata team in Eindhoven.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming support requests, incidents, and problems via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients.
  • Create and manage cases, documenting all activities in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact processes.
  • Follow up actively with clients on ticket statuses.
  • Escalate undefined issues to 2nd tier or higher level
