Description:
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Place of Performance: Remote
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing project construction estimates, schedules, and statements of work.
- Expertise in construction, engineering, and architectural fields.
- Experience working with various types of facilities, including laboratories, office buildings, and remote sites.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Tasks:
- Support life cycle management of facility assets, maintenance plans, and requirements documents.
- Provide strategic advice on facilities management, including HVAC, building automation systems, and asset life cycles.
- Prepare and evaluate statements of work for maintenance, repair, and replacement projects.
- Review and prioritize asset capital projects based on available funding, risk, and need.
- Perform complex database analysis and generate reports for Facilities Information Technology systems.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure tasking and deliverables align with the NOS mission.
- Assist in developing facility-level energy management plans.
