As part of a Service Experience Centre you will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, providing remote support to our clients. As one of our UK agents, a day in the life would look like:

  • Providing outstanding service to our clients. It is imperative that our customer devices are working correctly, and that they always receive top-notch service. You’ll be a good listener, have empathy with the customer and enjoy solving their problems.
  • Using a range of different technologies from our various ticketing systems, to our Genesys telephony and email platform to our innovative AI and AR tools – while previous experience isn’t a requirement for our applicants, an ability to learn fast is!

What do we do?
Our core business is printing and we’ll be looking for you to provide technical support to our hardware and associated network and software where needed
We’re a growing business with more software alongside scanning, marketing and other data management and development services. Be prepared to learn and adapt!
As well as taking calls, you’ll need to react to device alerts, chats, emails and other tickets.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service and Problem Solving skills are a must!
  • Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication through multiple avenues including phone support, video, email and chat
  • Provide proof of Citizenship (i.e. passport, documentation, etc) as well as residency in the UK of a minimum of 5 years due to Government Security Clearance needed
