REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux, Database (Level 1, but not 0)
  • Proficiency in French (ideally B2, minimum level B1)
  • Ability to work in shifts, providing 24/7 support;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work;
  • Excellent communication abilities;
  • Initiative and good learning abilities .

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 guidance for incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customers or by monitoring systems;
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues;
  • Install and configure software and applications;
  • Plan and execute changes and releases;
  • Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running optimally;
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures;
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve system performance;
  • Assist end-users with technical issues and provide training as needed;
  • Maintain hardware inventory and perform regular maintenance on systems;
