AS ONE OF OUR TECHNICAL TALENT PARTNER, YOU WILL:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across our technical departments (Information Systems and Technologies, R&D, security, etc).
  • Establish robust partnerships with hiring managers and contributing to their talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
  • Ensure an impeccable candidate experience, all the way from crafting inclusive job descriptions for diverse markets across NA and Europe, to designing recruitment processes that are fair and consistent across the prospecting and interviewing stages. All while also being responsible to coordinate and document on a regular basis in our ATS and other systems.
  • Participate in relevant events to attract talent, some of which may occur in the evening or on weekends.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects, developing talent attraction campaigns, and supporting interviewers and managers with best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Significant experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on customer experience (regarding both hiring teams and candidates).You are able to speak the language and vocabulary of our technical candidates, understand the impact of their projects, and assess their technical skills.
  • Growth mindset: you don’t know everything today, but you have the perseverance to continue to learn, make mistakes and improve tomorrow. Show us that you’re able to think critically and ask the right questions.
