Description:
KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS:
- Defining Instructional Goals for Participants
- Develop clear learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy framework.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
- Create quizzes and assessments aligned with instructional goals.
- Creation of Instructional Materials
- Utilize the ADDIE methodology to design effective training materials.
- Review and update sources and materials for accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain a balance of 30% theory and 70% hands-on practice in training content.
- Implement formative assessments to reinforce participant understanding.
- Develop summative assessments to evaluate participant comprehension.
- Outstanding Delivery of Classroom Materials
- Ensure all training devices are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Effectively manage and administer learning events and classes.
- Foster learner engagement through interactive training methods.
- Consistently deliver high-quality training sessions.
- Organize instructional materials in a structured filing system.
- Keep all training content current with the latest updates and best practices.
- Evaluation of Learning Through Assessments
- Design assessments that reflect established learning outcomes.
- Ensure assessments apply to real-world scenarios.
- Maintain a secure system for managing assessments.
- Evaluating Instruction and Course Performance
- Compile detailed progress reports for each course delivered.
- Present progress reports bi-weekly via email or in-person.
- Assess instructor performance through monthly survey feedback.
- Evaluate learner performance based on results from summative assessments.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Minimum of two years experience as a technical consultant.
- Extensive knowledge of iStore tech desk processes and operations.
- Certification in at least iOS repair courses preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- This role is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and requires extensive travel throughout South Africa. Remote work from other provinces is not an option for this role.
- Given the travel requirements, a valid driver’s license and personal transport are essential
