Summary
We are looking for a “Technical Trainer (f/m/d)” for the “Engineering Lifecycle Support” department at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch, as soon as possible.
The “Engineering Lifecycle Support” department is responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation and spare parts catalogs, conducting customer training, material and parts management, lifecycle management and obsolescence management in accordance with international standards and guidelines.
Your Tasks
- Preparation and execution of customer trainings worldwide for optronic products
- Independent conception of trainings and preparation of training documents
- Procurement of information based on design and manufacturing documents as well as on existing hardware and software
- Creation and modification of technical documentation for operating and maintenance manuals
- Development and implementation of new training concepts
Willingness to travel worldwide on business is required.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of communications engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, precision engineering, manufacturing or production engineering or comparable
- Experience as a technical trainer in an international environment
- Experience as a technical editor is advantageous
- Experience with the ASD S1000D and its application in practice as well as good SGML / XML knowledge advantageous
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Good knowledge of graphics programs
- Knowledge of an XML-based editing system is advantageous
- Ability to communicate and work in a team, commitment and flexibility as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility and a confident manner when dealing with international customers
- Good knowledge of German and business fluent English
