Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to create technical content that supports identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will develop accurate and clear documentation that helps end-users successfully adopt and deploy our solutions. You will work across teams to ensure the quality and relevance of the content while also improving it based on customer feedback. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and writing to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, edit, and deliver technical documentation for customer products.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and Information Development teams to ensure accuracy and quality of content.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks when working with different engineering teams.
- Work closely with developers to finalize and review documentation.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance content quality, depth, and relevance.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience writing documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Technical Writing (preferred).
- Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare.
- Familiarity with source control tools like Git and GitHub.
- Expertise in creating API documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to understand security products in real-world scenarios and produce use case-based content.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record of writing accurate, clear, and concise content, including release notes.
- Experience running Python scripts via command-line tools.
- Knowledge of identity and access management solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
