Reporting To: Vice President, Technology & Integration
Location: Mississauga, ON
Start Date: Sept 2024

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and integration processes.
  • Create and update user manuals, business requirements documents, functional specifications that explain system functionalities, procedures, and best practices.
  • Write clear and precise API documentation, including endpoint descriptions, request/response formats, and usage examples.
  • Document EDI processes, standards, and protocols, including data exchange formats and integration points.
  • Develop detailed test cases to validate system functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Ensure all documentation meets company standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
