Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, and other related concepts. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Rust is highly desirable.
- Experience with JSON Schema or OpenAPI.
- Experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Paligo or MadCap Flare.
- Knowledge and experience of information typing methodologies, such as Diataxis or DITA.
- An understanding of the principles of good user experiences and reaching audiences effectively.
- You’ll care about accessibility, consistency, and localization.

Responsibilities:
- Improve our developer documentation by listening to, analyzing, and documenting development best practice, ensuring that our API documentation is up-to-date and accessible to our developer audience.
- Write customer-facing documentation for our online help site (https://help.passfort.com/), documenting new concepts, features, and improving legacy content.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including the Product, Design, Engineering, Support, and Success teams to understand what content is required, gather feedback, and gain approval.
- Follow, contribute to, and promote our editorial styles, ensuring Passfort’s voice and tone speaks to our users in a confident, clear, and friendly way.
- Collaborate and align with team members on strategic initiatives to iterate and improve our content ecosystem.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with continuous deployment
