MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s/Technical degree in Electrical/Electromechanical or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ECN (Electronic Communication Network) systems and document control processes.
- Understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) guidelines and soldering principles to write accurate and effective ECNs that improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Competence using PCB CAD tools with Cadence experience.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, Visio and web-based applications.
- Ability to assist with capturing, tracking and closing action items resulting from hardware engineering design review meetings.
- Experience in technical writing, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with PLM tools and software such as Team Center preferred.
- Knowledge of Teradyne’s products and services preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and Maintain the Team Center ECN System: Ensure all changes are tracked and documented accurately.
- Coordinate Interactions: Facilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and marketing departments.
- Support Document Control: Assist individual contributors responsible for tracking documents and coordinating activities within engineering services or manufacturing.
- Provide Documentation: Create and maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and industry regulations, ensuring compliance with Teradyne’s standards.
- Schematic / constraint capture is highly preferred.
