KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• BSc/MSc degree preferably in computer engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or related field with experience in Git and Markdown.
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
• Substantial understanding of customer needs and requirements
• Proactive attitude; self-motivated personality; ability to cope with tight deadlines; working independently, as well as in local and global (virtual) teams
• Experience or capability in driving/coordinating moderately complex projects
• Ability to understand overall business situation and to interpret to own tasks and responsibilities
• Efficient information gathering skills
• Interested in technology topics

Preferred skills:

• Relevant experience in technical communication
• Git and Markdown
• Rich Media and interactive user documentation creation expertise
• Software testing background is a plus

The Technical Writer designs, plans, coordinates, writes, and illustrates technical documentation and user guides in the NMP platform. These appear as in public-facing web-based publications for internal and external users; sometimes including Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and various forms of multi-media.
