REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Basic/Technical Education and/or Apprenticeship.
• Trade Certificate in Automobile Engineering.
• Proven technical expertise in servicing, repairs, and component overhauls.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working on buses.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

As a Technician, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the technical aspects of our products and vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs are made on the first attempt.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on buses with precision.
• Adhere to established procedures and efficient work practices.
• Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them while working in the workshop and in the field.
• Maintain clear communication by providing the Foreman/Service Advisor with detailed updates on the work completed.
• Utilize the appropriate tools and follow service manuals to enhance productivity and improve efficiency.

• Proficient use of service checklists where applicable and available.
• A commitment to minimizing repeat complaints and ensuring high-quality service.
