Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate, verify and design mechanical building systems for various projects for different sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential)
• Help carry out surveys of existing conditions, draw up plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and write specifications
• Help prepare budget estimates
• Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to client needs
• Provide assistance in regards to site supervision

Your Profile

• College or vocational diploma in a relevant field, including equivalencies
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluency in spoken and written French.
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team, organizational skills
• Adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
