Responsibilities:
- Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics and maintenance repair as per required standards.
- Perform new vehicle Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to factory standards.
- Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
- Refers to images and/or videos provided by the customer or service advisor to assist in identifying repairs needed.
- Performs road tests to identify issues and subsequently confirms repairs are completed to a satisfactory level.
- Provides service advisors a summary of additional maintenance and/or required work that needs to be performed.
- Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates through utilizing our dealership software.
- Accurately record the cause and correction of the issue in our dealership software on customer repair orders.
- Completes the Technician portion and related inspection forms.
- Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
