Description:

We are seeking a Compensation and HRIS Technician to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in compensation management and the administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will play a key role in managing HR data and implementing compensation policies while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the HRIS.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

College diploma in Human Resources combined with 2-3 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in human resources with one year of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to compensation and/or HRIS systems.
Proficiency in one or more HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
High attention to detail, rigor, and ability to handle confidential data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. English is required for our international divisions.
