Calling all level 3 qualified Technicians in the Northwest area
We are looking for rolling stock technicians to carry out Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of passenger trains and take home over £1,000 per week.
6 month rolling contract which will last at least a year.
The Situation
You will be working for an organisation who provide state of the art rail solutions. You will be required to complete Electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs and installation to fleets of trains.
This is a hands-on position as you will be responsible for making sure all trains are ready to enter service helping to reduce delays and cancellations
This contract role will involve working days, nights and weekends.

The Candidate

  • You must have previous rolling stock experience carrying out maintenance and fault finding and repairs on both mechanical and electrical passenger trains

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent minimum qualification in a relevant subject
  • Previous experience completing repairs and maintenance in a rolling stock environment
  • Must have excellent fault-finding skills and be able read schematic diagrams
  • Must be immediately available to start
