TO JOIN OUR TEAM YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical degree with equivalent experiences,
• 1 to 3 years of working experience,
• Previous experience as a member of a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment is highly appreciated.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Ability to operate both manual and automated industrial machinery,
• Ability to troubleshoot / improve mechanical, electrical and automation systems,
• Ability to perform multiple tasks or operate multiple equipment,
• Team player, good problem-solving skills and self-driven,
• Basic level of English is required and all other European languages are considering as asset.
• Position requires shift, evening, night and weekend work assignments (24/7 Operation)

POUR REJOINDRE NOTRE ÉQUIPE, VOUS AUREZ BESOIN DES QUALIFICATIONS SUIVANTES :

• Diplôme technique dans l’un des domaines concernés (électrique, mécanique, automatique…) ou avec une expérience équivalente,
• 1 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle,
• Une expérience antérieure en tant que membre d’une équipe de maintenance dans un environnement de fabrication est fortement appréciée.

• Operate, monitor and perform the daily maintenance of modern tire production equipment following standard work procedures: machine startup/shutdown, supervision, and maintenance tasks level 1 minimum,
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of equipment,
• Support the engineering team by performing daily equipment maintenance, monitoring equipment condition, and participating in continuous problem solving and improvement activities,
• Drive to zero equipment breakdown by following and implementing best practices,
• Develop your skills by mastering all aspects of the production area (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Maintenance…),
• Maintain up-to-date documentation with best practices and performance reporting,
• Be the first technician to diagnostic/troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
