Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Vocational training in the field of IT-Systemintegration or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supporting end users.
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a global organization.
  • Skilled in the principles of IT service operations processes: incident management, problem management, request fulfilment, access management, asset management.
  • Proven Teamplayer and outstanding interpersonal
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and advanced in English

Your primary focus will be providing top-tier on-site support for our end-users, handling incident and request management for IT services, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues across multiple operating systems.

Your role includes scheduling and implementing regular patching, supporting mobile device platforms, and creating technical documentation.
