Description:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience desktop support.

  • Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.

  • Airline experience and/or ATI know-how.
  • Degree or equivalent Diploma/ Certificate in Computer science Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Recognized Industry certification (CISCO/ITIL/ Microsoft/VMware).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the following: Microsoft Windows Operating System 10/ Break Fix experience with workstations, printers, monitors
  • Network basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication & bee able to work on-site.
  • Able to Obtain and retain a Transport Canada Security clearance.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As a Technician Field Ops, your role will be to provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with SITA’s standards where you will work on-site at the Toronto Airport.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • When required act as the customer SPOC and co-ordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer’s internal resolver groups and the Service Desk.

  • Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed.
  • Work on shiftwork (to be determined with your manager).
