Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics and maintenance repair as per required standards.
  • Perform new vehicle Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to factory standards.
  • Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
  • Refers to images and/or videos provided by the customer or service advisor to assist in identifying repairs needed.
  • Performs road tests to identify issues and subsequently confirms repairs are completed to a satisfactory level.
  • Provides service advisors a summary of additional maintenance and/or required work that needs to be performed.
  • Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates through utilizing our dealership software.
  • Accurately record the cause and correction of the issue in our dealership software on customer repair orders.
  • Completes the Technician portion and related inspection forms.
  • Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
