DEPARTMENT: Housing Maintenance
JOB SUMMARY: The Technician II performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, single and multi-family units, and equipment. Required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity in the performance of job duties.
COMPENSATION: $23.25 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years performing similar work
- Knowledge of heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity
