Qualifications - External Must Have: Minimum Requirements  Minimum of 4 years of relevant equipment maintenance or related work experience managing assets digitally and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience. Nice to have (add skills) Provide a list of preferred qualifications.  4+ years of experience in operations within medical device or pharmaceutical industries; basic job knowledge of systems, techniques and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include the following and other similar duties may be assigned.
 Performs analysis and training of a variety of manufacturing equipment and process
including electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
 Introduction to using Medtronic systems for schematics and engineering drawings.
 Investigates the operation of related equipment; review E-Specs and shadow assemblers
and technicians.
 Attends supervised training to performs preventative maintenance by shadowing an
experienced equipment maintenance technician.
 Manages assets and evaluates them for required spare parts. Maintains spare part
information digitally and conducts inventory analysis.
 Participate in Maintenance Excellence workshops to understand the importance of
equipment reliability.
