YOUR SKILLS, OUR REQUIREMENTS!

  • College diploma in computer science or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience in technical support for Windows environments.
  • Knowledge of 2008/2012/2016/2019 servers and their main management tools (Active directory, WSUS, GPO, DFS, etc.).
  • Experience in managing a fleet of cellphones.
  • Experience in wireless network management (controllers, security, SSID) an asset.
  • Good knowledge of firewall and VPN tunnel management, an asset.
  • Experience with Apple systems and Mac devices an asset.
  • Organizational skills and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, customer focus.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Fluency in English and French, spoken and written.
  • Available for occasional evening and weekend work.
