THE VACANCY
DN Colleges Group is are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician Instructor in Painting & Decorating to join our Construction Department. This role involves supporting curriculum staff, supervising learners, and ensuring the smooth operation of practical teaching areas. You will play a crucial role in guiding learners to successful completion of their courses and contributing to the overall learner experience.

Responsibilities:
- Support curriculum staff with the supervision of learners in workshops and practical teaching areas.
- Provide pre-course and on-course guidance to learners, both individually and in groups.
- Undertake planning, preparation, and assessment to meet external body requirements.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Assist with curriculum development initiatives and evaluation of courses.
- Participate in department marketing activities, such as open evenings and school visits.
- Ensure safety inspections are completed and reports are produced.
