Technician - IT Team Leader mission is to provide direction and set the organization for the team, by providing guidelines and constructing processes, as well as guiding the team members to reach business goals. As the first line in charge of people development, has the mission support the team throughout the path in the organization, in terms of performance, motivation and professional growth. Additionally monitor IT resources and the operational management of such resources. Activities cover technical and application environments
