Description:

We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Technician Leader. Our ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, a proven track record, and exposure to HV and Utility sectors. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate closely with our Service and Technicians team. Your primary responsibility will be supporting our store and team members by addressing client concerns and swiftly resolving automotive EV issues.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize expertise in high voltage systems, including maintenance, regeneration braking, inverter power transfer, battery technologies, and battery management systems.
  • Proficiency in:High-VoltageData Analysis
  • Experience with electric vehicle applications, integrated systems from TESLA Motors
  • Level IV or V technician, Mobile Service Technician, or Field Service Technician background in TESLA preferred.

Automotive Aftermarket

  • Offer guidance to the operations team on the maintenance of electrical EVs.
  • Oversee and approve the implementation of electrical safety procedures and operational protocols.
  • Review and develop procedures for various maintenance activities related to Tesla cars or other EVs.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels and provide regular feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support our company’s growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Equivalent experience with a minimum of 10+ years in HV electrical experience, preferably with Tesla or another OEM related to EVs.
  • High Voltage Switching / Operating Qualification.
  • Proficient in interpreting complex documentation and instructions.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing programs.
  • Ability to comprehend manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Reliability, initiative, commitment, and a focus on quality.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Uphold top-level professional integrity and appearance.
