Technician - Machinist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Use and operate balancing machine, CNC boring machine, conventional boring machine, CNC milling machine, conventional milling machine, NC lathe machine, conventional large lathe machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, In situ machining, vertical lathe machine and calibration by precision tools.
• Capable of analyzing complexity of the job and implement measures to ensure safe completion of the job to the required quality standards within the prescribed time frame
• Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
• Check materials prior to use to ensure they meet required standards and report damages when required.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Ability to read machining drawing.
• Secondary school Education.
• I.T.I., Industrial/vocational training.
• 2-3 years of experience.
