YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a technician specializing in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, an apprenticeship in the automotive sector or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in project management is desirable
• Knowledge in processing error tickets in the Group Problem Management (KPM) as well as in using Ticket Wizard and MS Visio is an advantage
• You are communicative and have very good German as well as good English skills
• In addition, moderation skills, conflict management and assertiveness round out your profile

• Project management within the fault clearance process
• Moderation and logging of internal and external error rounds
• Monitor current ticket status, coordinate and track on-time processing
• Coordination with the test managers and creation of the reporting for the current ticket overview
• Highlighting and escalating critical issues
• Analysis of error data and performed measure
• Establishment of knowledge management for sustainable information assurance
