Description:

Aperçu:
The Technician / Senior Technician Laboratory and Analytical implements analytical methods for new products, generates the corresponding analytical documentation and executes the different analytical analyses to support the execution of cell culture and/or protein purification experiments in the BPS laboratory in the context of Tech Transfer or process characterization.
The Technician / Senior Technician Laboratory and Analytical participates in the organization of the laboratory, the set-up of new equipment, the execution of experiments and the implementation of small-scale processes to produce monoclonal antibodies in mammalian cells.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Laboratory technician CFC (or equivalent) with experience in biotechnology, HES engineer or University Bachelor with experience in laboratory.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a biotechnology laboratory, including use of Empower and HPLC (Waters)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced – highly regulated environment.
  • French and English (Fluent)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement/transfer analytical methods from Analytical Sciences or external sites (in particular on the HPLC and Maurice equipment) for new product and contribute to generate the analytical documentation (SOP, forms) to support product development in BPS at small scale.
  • Execute the different analytical analyses in collaboration within the BPS team.
  • Share his/her experience in analytic with others in the lab teams, by providing training on the analytical methods and use of analytical equipment to the BPS team,
  • Participate in the BPS lab activities and executes cell culture and buffer preparations as well as protein purifications experiments at small scale.
  • Contribute to the writing of SOPs, study protocols and other documents of the Bioplant Process Sciences laboratory.
  • Participate in the qualification/commissioning of new equipment (review of documents, follow-up of the execution) in the laboratory (URS; protocols, reports).
  • Contribute to the organization of the laboratory and orders.
  • Respect the safety rules related to the work of laboratory work.
  • Interact and collaborate with partner departments on site and with Analytical Sciences and Process Sciences labs in the USA.
  • Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics,
  • Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines,
