Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Assist in the installation and initial trial runs of new machines and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot alarms and errors in machines, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Assist engineers in preparing samples, conducting tests, and collecting data for analysis
- Assist engineers in creating and updating work instructions, forms, and records related to maintenance and production
- Handle administrative tasks, including raising requisition forms for purchases, shipping, and other operational needs
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to schedule and execute maintenance tasks efficiently
- Work with calibration suppliers and equipment owners to manage and complete calibration tasks as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned
