Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
  • Assist in the installation and initial trial runs of new machines and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot alarms and errors in machines, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Assist engineers in preparing samples, conducting tests, and collecting data for analysis
  • Assist engineers in creating and updating work instructions, forms, and records related to maintenance and production
  • Handle administrative tasks, including raising requisition forms for purchases, shipping, and other operational needs
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to schedule and execute maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Work with calibration suppliers and equipment owners to manage and complete calibration tasks as required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
