MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Eutectic Canada is looking for a mechanical maintenance candidate for its two Vaudreuil-Dorion plants. The expanding company will set up its new factory in the next month, the candidate will participate in the implementation of new equipment and processes. He will have a hybrid role of Maintenance and Inventory Manager. He will be in charge of controlling the product inventory and equipment of the Services department.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEP en électromécanique ou DEP en mécanique industrielle OU DEC en Génie mécanique OU DEC en Génie Industriel OU Expériences pertinentes. Bilingue.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEP in Electromechanics or DEP in Industrial Mechanics OR DEC in Mechanical Engineering OR DEC in Industrial Engineering OR Relevant experience. Bilingual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for equipment
• Perform maintenance on equipment
• Repair equipment (welder, conveyor, pneumatic equipment, etc.)
• Follow maintenance schedules
• Keep warehouse and equipment clean and in good condition
• Manage compliance of slings, chains, harnesses (anything that needs to be validated monthly)
• Understanding of the 5-S system to help with implementation
• Implementation of a preventive maintenance schedule

OTHER TASKS:

• Participate in the implementation of new equipment
• Follow training on new equipment
• Carry out inspections
• Manage contractors and service providers
