SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintain high standard of quality while following the employer’s safety standards and policies
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional manner

- Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
- Must have a valid Quebec Driver’s License
- Must be able to work shift work
Responsibilities:
- Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
- Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
- Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs as required to Beanfield standards
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
- Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
- Collect “as builds” information in timely manner
- Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
- All other duties as assigned
