SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maintain high standard of quality while following the employer’s safety standards and policies
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional manner
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
• Must have a valid Quebec Driver’s License
• Must be able to work shift work

• Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
• Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
• Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs as required to Beanfield standards
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
• Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
• Collect “as builds” information in timely manner
• Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
• All other duties as assigned
