CTG a un poste de consultant à long terme pour un technicien informatique senior de niveau 2-3. Il s’agit d’un travail sur place à Québec sur le projet de pont de l’Île d’Orléans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a DEC in computer science or relevant experience;
• Have 5 years of experience in similar functions;
• Knowledge of Apple, MDM & DEP products:
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written);
• Experience in the Office 365 environment;
• Knowledge of the Intune environment for preparing desktop images and deployment packages;
• ITSM knowledge and ITIL certification (an asset).

• Reporting to the Assistant Director of IT Project Services, the Senior IT Technician will have the following responsibilities:
• Provide technological support to users working on the Île d’Orléans bridge project, in person, during the first months, in collaboration with our partner Genatec;
• Independently diagnose, analyze, document, investigate and/or resolve problems;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the positions of people dedicated to the PIO project (a fleet of around 300 positions locally);
• Installation of different software according to the requirements of the project and the partner;
• Provide support for the Office 365 environment and offer technological support to promote optimal use;
• Provide support for Surface Hub Teams type videoconferencing rooms with the partner.
