Job Description: Horticulture Technician
At Champs de Rêves we make it our mission to offer an exceptional horticultural environment. Indeed, in addition to selling horticultural products and offering landscaping services, we operate a huge site containing fields of lavender and sunflowers, Mosaïculture, a labyrinth and much more!
Always expanding in the Vaudreuil-Soulange region, we are looking for future talents who can join our team for the 2025 season. We offer a stimulating work environment that is out of the ordinary!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

We are looking for someone who particularly enjoys working creatively with all kinds of plants, trees and shrubs independently. As the position is seasonal, we are looking for someone who will be available weekdays and weekends starting in March. (Full-time and part-time possibilities). Bilingualism is an important asset for this position as well as any knowledge or studies in the field of horticulture.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service;
• Assist with clients needs and be able to provide them with specialized advice on our various products and services;
• Highlight our merchandise (visual presentation, labeling, reception);
• Maintain the different plants according to the seasons (trees, shrubs, perennials, etc.);
• Be a reference for our customers regarding the technical details and applications of our products;
• Operate the cash register (opening, closing, transaction);
• Make sure to work with a view to preserving your Health and Safety as well as that of others;
• Stay curious and on the lookout for novelties in the world of horticulture.
