Your Job
Join our plant as Tooling Technician.
Tooling technician maintain, repairs and modify injection molds as well as related equipment. Ensures that all injection molds are ready for use after maintenance or modifications. Employee maintains the tools according to the inspection schedule and records all maintenance work. The tooling technician will prepare new injection molds and work closely with the production to improve existing equipment and solve the problem of downtime.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Technical knowledge focused on industrial mechanics
  • Basic education as tool maker injection molding tools
  • Ability to read mechanic schematics
  • Relevant experience in similar position
  • Ability to maintain injection moulding tools
  • Knowledge of machining
  • Knowledge of low voltage electrics
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Punctuality, Accuracy, Independence, Communication ability, Resistance to stress

  • Efficient maintenance work on molds and equipment
  • Ensuring that the equipment complies with the PMPL standard
  • Records related to maintenance work and interventions in tools
  • Reporting problems related to tools and equipment
  • Effective training of injection department employees
  • Quick reaction in case of health and safety hazards
  • Operation in accordance with the relevant quality standards
