Educational Background

- 15+ years of experience
- Experienced in managing large multi-disciplined delivery globally.
- Must possess excellent client engagement & problem-solving skills.
- Solid delivery experience in at least one or two Service Line offerings (Cloud & Infra – must; Apps or Engineering - optional)
- Managed execution of large BAU cum Transformation program for a global client with annual revenue of USD 40Mn
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery Excellence
- Contractual compliance (right solution as proposed is deliver in a profitable manner)
- Working closely to create new transformation agenda for the client.
- Drive delivery excellence programs/initiatives to drive superior margins/client satisfaction.
Delivery Management
- Client trusted advisor from an execution standpoint.
- Manage key customer relationships (CSAT), deep dive on customer feedback and support.
- Track delivery escalation & enable resolution.
- Handling large teams across geographies
Delivery Operations
- Owns end to end accountable for day-2-day operations/delivery.
- Leads and manages overall delivery for the account in partnership with all tracks.
- Drives account level forecasts, workforce strategy planning and execution.
