In your role, you will:

  • Work in a tightly integrated, multidisciplinary team focused on determining, establishing and communicating strategic initiatives to the engineering organization.
  • Participate with stakeholders and leadership to gather and structure requirements and strategies, develop and align organization goals and effectively manage communications within the organization at all levels.
  • Create, schedule and track major engineering strategic initiatives while managing priorities and ensuring they are communicated and harmonized;
  • Act as an ambassador of change and inspire stakeholders to adopt the strategic vision in their day-to-day activities;
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic projects progress, community adoption and satisfaction. Provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to stakeholders;
  • Identify and address resistance to change by working with individuals and teams to understand their concerns and provide solutions to facilitate acceptance;
  • Prepare and present visibility reports at various governances to different layers of the organization;
  • Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends allowing efficient decision-making for strategic direction
