• Attend, contain and resolve extraordinary process conditions that affect product quality by developing preventive tools that avoid recurrence, seeking continuous improvement.
• Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes that help reduce nonconformities that impact the production line.
• Train, coach and implement good practices and lessons learned from problems that had an impact on product quality.

HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• Education: Graduated with a professional degree in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineer Administrator.
• Experience Years: 8 years of experience in a Quality control and/or problem solving (automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry) preferred
• Language: English Advanced (written and spoken)
• Certification(s): Required Trade role Structural, Electrical and Composites, Problem solving skills.
• Technical (skills, knowledge & software): SAP, NCMS, CATIA, GD&T, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Microsoft Project)
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem solving, Quality tools and control plan.
• Manufacturing processes.
• Competencies: Teamwork, Drive for Results, Developing Others, Team Leadership, Influencing Others, Holding People Accountable, Communication, Problem Solving, Strategic Outlook, Managing emotions.
