Description:
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience; Preferred a sourcing technology company
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is preferred
- Track record of developing and implementing sourcing technology in a complex global organization
- Candidates will have had exposure in a similar sized company
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of colleagues, and work collaboratively
- Understanding of or exposure to global real estate categories in facilities management and capital works projects preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
- Experience with any e-sourcing technology platforms (Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is a plus.

Support business requirements for technology applications
- Work closely with Director, Sourcing Technology on building and supporting the end-to-end sourcing technology strategy and vision
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives.
- Communicate and share latest developments in sourcing technology and data with business stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members and subject matter experts within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and JLL\T to solution sourcing technology applications and data requirements
- Document and resolve open issues or next steps as rolling action items requiring quick decisions in a fast-paced environmen
Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
The role of Analyst, Sourcing Technology will support the strategy for sourcing technology applications to meet the requirements of our Work Dynamics business line across the Americas. This will include exposure to both upstream and downstream applications in our source to pay process. The role will work with our Sourcing & Procurement and Work Dynamics Operations teams within the business, to ensure technology applications are selected and deployed in a consistent and rigorous fashion throughout the Enterprise. The role requires experience of sourcing technology and a track record of driving change through interactions with senior leaders in a global matrixed environment is vital.
This role will report to the Director, Sourcing Technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Support business requirements for technology applications
- Work closely with Director, Sourcing Technology on building and supporting the end-to-end sourcing technology strategy and vision
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives.
- Communicate and share latest developments in sourcing technology and data with business stakeholders
- Coordinate with team members and subject matter experts within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and JLL\T to solution sourcing technology applications and data requirements
- Document and resolve open issues or next steps as rolling action items requiring quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Deploy and manage end-to-end suite of technology applications
- Conduct technology training and engage with end users on deployment and operational efforts
- Support project teams, where applicable, on technology adoption and training for new applications
- First point of call for sourcing technology and data insights and guidance provided to Work Dynamics teams
- Search for efficiencies and improvements in end user process flow
- Facilitate spend report requests outside of end user scope of work
- Gain strong understanding of the sourcing technology ecosystem and integrations
- Record and track key client attribute updates to maintain data quality
