YOUR SKILLS & STRENGTHS:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in application development or application integration
- Knowledge and practical experience in IT service design (ITIL) and architectural concepts (TOGAF)
- Basic knowledge of IT security standards
- Knowledge and practical experience in application development, communication protocols, data exchange standards and application platforms
- Knowledge of special security requirements for cloud services advantageous
- Very good English skills
- Knowledge of special security requirements for cloud services is advantageous
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles is advantageous
- Very good skills in English
- Enthusiasm to get to know and use new technologies
Responsibilities:
- Global responsibility for the architecture and integration of all application services with a focus on PLM related applications
- Close Cooperation with other EAM architects across all IT Service Units
- Validation of all new engineering applications against MAHLE IT standards and the EAM roadmap
- Actively participate in defining data strategy building blocks (governance, architecture, modelling)
- Continuously watch and evaluate new and upcoming technologies and architectures
- Actively consult the IT Board in questions related to application services
- Support of the global Enterprise Architecture Management in the development of strategies and standards to define the IT architectural roadmap for the MAHLE Group
- Support IT experts in the design of new services and the further development of existing application services
- Support IT security evaluations with technology / application knowledge
