JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in SharePoint documentation and Azure IAM Entra ID integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management solution through SharePoint, technical documentation, system integration, and identity and access management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Azure IAM (Entra ID).
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in system integration and identity/access management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification in Azure or relevant technologies.
• Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SharePoint redesign.
• Analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications for sharepoint as a documentation solution.
• Integrate Azure IAM (Entra ID) with various systems to streamline identity and access management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and documentation accuracy.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and Azure IAM integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on documentation and integration processes.
