Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the Electronic Wire Services Production Support Team within Chief Operating Officer (COO) Shared Services.

In this role, you will:
- Provide support for routine technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services
- Use diagnostic tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore network, hardware, software service or data to systems and escalate as appropriate to meet established service level agreements
- Resolve more complex issues and initiatives related to systems, tools, and applications used by the business or functional areas
- Assist with routine migrations from development to production, upgrades or installations. Coordinate production support and maintenance of large-scale business applications. Coordinate troubleshooting of network, hardware, software issues and resolutions with users, vendors, and internal service groups
- Assist with maintenance and updating of procedural documentation
- Support and maintain software and license links; Validate and support Architecture Lifecycle/Scope for managed products as needed
- Participate and support the Operational Readiness test with wire transfer system and Analyst Team, handle user access requests
- Assist with inquiries concerning Wire Transfer Operations and their functions
