We’re recruiting for a Marketing Journalist to join our dynamic team. This is a new role for us, where you will produce compelling content that positions SCG as a thought leader in the above-mentioned evolving markets.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping SCG’s brand voice through insightful and engaging content. Responsible for creating both thought leadership and standard marketing materials you will capture industry trends, spark discussions, and drive traffic to our website. Your work will support the promotion of our Cyber, Automation, and AI technology services through blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and social media.
This is a hybrid role based in London offering the flexibility to work remotely while being part of a collaborative and innovative team. You will also have access to industry-leading marketing automation technology to support content distribution and audience engagement.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality thought leadership pieces, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website content to promote SCG’s service offerings.
Market Research: Gain a strong understanding of SCG’s core industries (Cyber, Automation, and AI) to produce insightful and thought-provoking content.
SEO & Website Management: Ensure content is optimised for search engines and aligns with digital marketing best practices to maximise online visibility.
Social media & Engagement: Manage SCG’s social media content strategy, crafting engaging posts to expand reach and drive audience engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible content.
Performance Tracking: Analyse content performance metrics, using data to refine strategy and improve engagement.
